Please follow the directions below when ordering

1. Choose your left chest embroidery from the TOP menu (CUMC, CUIMC, ColumbiaDoctors).
2. Choose your lab coat style.
3. Choose your lab coat size and fit if applicable.
4. Enter embroidery name, title and department. Embroidery will be completed exactly as shown.
5. Enter quantity needed.
6. Click on Add to cart.
7. Enter additional lab coats if necessary on same page if same style. Click on Product again then your logo to change the lab coat style. 
8. Once the order is complete, click on View Cart.
9. Verify Products and quantities ordered are correct.
10. Click on Proceed to Checkout
11. Verify billing and shipping information is correct. Make changes here if necessary.
12. Ignore the Purchase Order field unless you wish to enter a reference number for your record keeping.
13. Click on Place Order to complete the transaction.
